Plastic conveyor sprockets
Plastic conveyor sprockets from MOVET are the economical solution when it comes to reliably driving smaller or lightweight devices and machines. We use either polyoxymethylene (POM), a semi-crystalline thermoplastic, or nylon (PA) for our plastic sprockets. POM offers good mechanical properties, high dimensional stability and excellent sliding and wear properties. Nylon, a synthetic polymer material, is highly dimensionally stable, resistant to pressure and extremely tear-resistant. In combination with careful manufacturing, with MOVET sprockets made of plastic you are relying on absolutely durable, reliable and robust components for your machines, devices or systems.
Stainless steel conveyor sprockets
MOVET stainless steel conveyor sprockets are ideally suited for use with Multiflex chains or bone chains. The stainless steel sprockets are available in our shop in different diameters and with a number of teeth perfectly matched to the respective application. Stainless steel offers absolute freedom from corrosion and can be used without restriction even in demanding environments, for example in outdoor use with permanently high humidity. The stainless steel sprockets are also available as custom-made products if required. Abrasive applications often require sensible combinations of plastic and stainless steel.
